Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the process I offer for relationship healing and self-development:
Step 1. Initial Discovery Consultation (In-person or Online) $207
We’ll start with a joint session where I meet both of you. Each partner will have the chance to share their perspective on the symptoms and challenges in your relationship. This allows me to get a clear picture of both perspectives.
Step 2. Process Mapping and Outcome Discussion
During the step one, I will outline how I work, including what results you can expect, so that we can align on expectations for the journey ahead.
Step 3. Individual Sessions (6 Weeks) $1656 Paid Upfront
If you're both agreeable, you’ll then begin six weeks of individual sessions where each partner will meet with me one-on-one for 1 hour per week. During this time, we’ll focus on your personal self-development and healing journey. You’ll explore your past, gain insight into why you behave the way you do, and learn how to change the triggers that impact your relationship. I prefer to start with individual sessions before moving on to joint sessions for a few key reasons:
1. Self-Awareness and Reflection: Individual sessions allow each partner to reflect on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without the influence or pressure of the other person. This helps them gain deeper self-awareness, which is crucial for effective communication and personal growth within the relationship.
2. Identifying Personal Patterns: Coaching individually helps uncover personal patterns, triggers, and underlying issues that may be contributing to relationship challenges. Addressing these individually ensures each person has a clear understanding of their role in the dynamics.
3. Creating a Safe Space: In one-on-one sessions, each person has a safe, non-judgmental space to express their feelings openly. This fosters trust and allows for deeper honesty, which can sometimes be difficult to achieve in a joint session.
4. Setting Personal Goals: Every individual brings unique expectations, desires, and goals into a relationship. Coaching individually gives us the opportunity to align personal growth goals with the relationship's objectives, ensuring both partners are working toward shared, as well as individual, goals.
5. Building Stronger Foundations: By working on personal issues and strengths first, we set a stronger foundation for couples coaching. When both partners come together, they are more self-aware and better equipped to communicate effectively and work as a team.
Starting with individual coaching creates a healthier environment for the relationship to thrive when we move into joint sessions.
Step 4. Personal Healing and Self-Discovery
Throughout this six-week journey, you will uncover past influences and begin the process of shifting negative thoughts and behaviors into positive ones. For some, transitioning lifelong patterns may take longer than six weeks, and I offer extended support as needed. The methods include:

- Mindset and communication coaching
- Behavioral & Belief System Hypnosis
Step 5. Couples Sessions (6 Weeks) $207 per week
Once the individual work is complete, we move into Couples Coaching, which spans 6 sessions, each lasting 1 hour per week. These sessions focus on how the individual changes you’ve each made are positively affecting your relationship dynamics. Together, we’ll explore these shifts and fine-tune your approach to foster deeper connection, love, and understanding in your relationship.
Step 6. Ongoing Relationship Support $207 per month (optional)
This final phase allows you to navigate the evolving landscape of your relationship with my guidance. We’ll focus on strengthening your connection and supporting the positive changes you’ve made as a couple. These tend to be once a month sessions to keep you focussed and on track.
